Wow, there are just so many insights here even if it’s not Proven science, many things resonate with me And I work with alternative Medicine as well, so I’m not glued to modern science, which is extremely limited.

The body is so complex and there are just so many correlating factors. I’ve had low iron for a while and going through perimenopause. It’s so difficult to identify where fatigue can come from what is imagined resistance and what is true resistance from the cell energy perspective, but this is a new perspective for me. Thanks so much for sharing. Really interesting and I intend to learn more.

Oh that's some very interesting bits. I'll be on the lookout for more research in that area.

Also, as hard as it sometimes feels to start, doing Sports is the biggest ADHD hack I have found so far.

That part about going up a steep hill resonates a lot. I actively avoid the steep hill in our neighborhood when I go for walks. I am a little out of shape so I know I need to work up to it, but steep hills have always haunted me.

Yes!! And I don’t know if you’re like me, but in typical ADHD fashion I blamed myself for not being fit, for being “lazy”. But I used to have a job in a hotel in the mountains and part of my job was to guide people on walks or horse rides so I was walking for at least two hours a day and riding for three hours sometimes, yet I STILL loathed hills because I’d get breathless… There was no way that I was unfit yet there I was.

The word lazy also haunts me. I've had to relearn how to actually rest. And I wonder why I'm so exhausted all the time.
